Shipping Information
How are orders shipped?
All items ordered on the web are shipped small parcel. Quantity breaks favoring
pallet and LTL shipping methods will require contacting a Contractor-Pro
Account Manager for order placement. These quantity breaks are designated
"call for price" on the item screen in the cart. Some items may be
shipped directly from warehouses in other parts of the USA.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped same day if received by 2:00 pm, CST. Shipping times
may vary depending on warehouse location, but normally will run 2-5 days.
Will I Be Charged For Shipping?
All of the products available for ordering on-line will be shipped to you
freight free! Orders of less than $ 50.00 will incur a small handling charge.
Some items, due to shipping or specification limitations, are not available for
ordering on-line. These items are clearly labeled with a request that a call be
made to a Contractor-Pro Account Manager at 800-666-8191 to assist you with the
information required to build an order.
Where do you ship?
Orders placed in the cart are restricted to shipping destinations only in the
Continental USA. If you need shipping to other destinations, please call an Contractor-Pro
Account Manager at 1-800-666-8191 to place your order and you will be provided
with shipping cost estimates at that time.
Item Return Policy
How do I return an item?
All products that are to be returned MUST have an RMA# assigned. To receive an
RMA#, call a Contractor-Pro Account Manager at (800) 666-8191. At that time,
your Contractor-Pro Account Manager will also give you the proper return address
for the item(s) being returned. All items must be securely packed in either
original packaging or some equivalent. The RMA# must be prominently displayed
on the outside of the package. Documentation, including RMA#, your company
name, contact name, and phone number, must be included inside the package.
Returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Returns considered for credit must
be returned within 60 days of original shipment.
