A single component, non-sag, water-based sealant and smoke seal that is easy to apply and clean up. It will prevent the spread of toxic gases, water, smoke and fire through joint openings and through penetrations. Meets ASTM E-814 (UL 1479), standard test method for fire tests of through-penetration firestops. Conforms to BOCA National Building Code (1996), CABO one and two family dwelling code (1995), Uniform Building Code (1997).
